Residential Kitchens

A board that fits.
A surface you can renew.

LoopBoard’s home range is being developed around countertop cutting boards and custom sink inserts. The aim is practical: a board that fits your space, adds useful prep room and can be professionally resurfaced when its condition allows.

What it offers at home

A size that works for you

A custom board can be sized for your counter and the way you prepare food. For a sink insert, the shape and support need to match the sink rather than rely on a standard board size.

More prep space over the sink

A properly fitted insert turns part of the sink area into a cutting surface. It can also serve as a sink cover when the sink is not in use.

Professional resurfacing

When the cutting surface is worn, we assess whether the board can be renewed. Suitable boards are planed to a smooth surface. You do not need tools or equipment to do this at home.

More use from the same material

Renewing a suitable board keeps most of the board in use instead of replacing it solely because its surface is worn. A board that no longer meets the assessment criteria is retired.

Two ways to use LoopBoard

Countertop cutting board

A separate board for everyday chopping and meal preparation. Choose dimensions around your available counter space, storage and handling needs.

Custom sink insert

A board fitted to the sink opening or its supporting ledge. Its fit needs to be checked against the sink’s dimensions and shape. The right fit adds working space and keeps the board properly supported.

White surfaces. Teal core.

Designed with renewal in mind.

The LoopBoard design has a ¼″ layer of white High Performance Polyethylene on each side of a ¼″ teal core. The overall thickness is ¾″. The teal band remains visible around the edges.

The core also provides a retirement indicator during our resurfacing process. A board is retired when the core is exposed on the working face during the final assessment.

What to measure for a custom board

  • The length and width you want
  • Available counter and storage space
  • For sink inserts: the sink opening, ledge and corner shape
  • Clearance around taps and other fittings
  • Photos or the sink manufacturer’s drawing, where available

Product options, pricing and return arrangements will be confirmed before the residential range is available to order.
